The Oasis College — AI Education Prototype
Designed and built an agentic AI prototype for an educational institution — a concept platform demonstrating adaptive learning, AI tutoring, and intelligent student journey management.

The Brief
The Oasis College prototype demonstrates the application of agentic AI to tertiary education — an adaptive learning platform where an AI tutor responds to each student's pace, identifies knowledge gaps, and adjusts the curriculum in real-time.
This is a prototype. It is not a deployed production system. The intent was to design and prove the technical architecture for an AI-native educational institution — from admissions through to learning delivery — so that the concept could be evaluated before full development investment.
The prototype covers the student experience layer: adaptive content delivery, AI tutor interactions, progress tracking, and a learner dashboard. It demonstrates clearly what an AI-native college platform could be, built with current technology.
The Approach
How I approached this engagement.
Student Journey Mapping
I mapped the full student lifecycle — discovery, application, onboarding, learning, assessment, and achievement — before designing any interface.
Adaptive Learning Architecture
I designed the content delivery system to adapt to student performance signals, surfacing easier material when mastery is incomplete and accelerating when it is confirmed.
AI Tutor Design
I built the AI tutor to maintain context across sessions — knowing what the student has covered, where they struggled, and what to address next — rather than responding statelessly.
Interface Design
I designed a calm, focused learning interface that removes distraction and keeps the student in a productive learning state.
Progress Architecture
I designed the progress tracking and reporting system so that both students and administrators can understand learning velocity and topic mastery at a glance.
