Retained monthly advisory.
Advisory engagements are retained on a monthly basis. I work with a deliberately limited number of advisory clients — typically no more than three at any given time — to ensure each relationship receives genuine strategic attention.
Engagements are structured around your specific requirements: scheduled advisory sessions, on-call availability for time-sensitive decisions, and oversight of specific technology initiatives.
All advisory relationships operate under strict confidentiality. I do not disclose client identities or the nature of my counsel without explicit written permission.
Investment
Quoted individually. Scoped to your requirements.
Advisory retainer investment is based on the scope of engagement, the complexity of your technology environment, and the level of availability you require. I do not publish a rate card.
Every advisory engagement begins with a direct conversation — typically 30 minutes — to establish whether there is a genuine fit. If there is, I will follow up with a proposed engagement structure and investment.
Advisory availability is limited.
